After finding out l needed to go up 2 steps in my Multi Focal glasses, l was worried about getting vertigo and how I would go adjusting to my new script. Phillipa, you really nailed it. I put them on in the morning once getting home and only took them off to go to sleep. No hassle at all getting adjusted to them like I was concerned about. No more blind Freddie! 10/10 I would recommend going to Phillipa and I certainly will be going back.
I've been seeing Philipa for over 10 years, and my daughter for 5. She was the only optometrist that was able to diagnose my vision issues, they're a bit complicated, and correct my daughters lazy eye issues. She is super patient, and excellent at what she does. I can not recommend her enough.
Staff and optometrists have been fantastic, going above and beyond for both adults and children in my family. Highly recommended for customer service and professionalism.
