I purchased a Dyson Ball Multi Floor 2 in July 2017. On January 23, 2018 I contacted Dyson via e-mail, since I was unable to reach them by telephone, as their customer service phone number always advised that there was a long wait time. I received an acknowledgment of the e-mail, and that someone would get back to me in 48 hours, I am still waiting. I used their on line video to repair the vacuum cleaner.
