Extremely knowledgeable service center with fast service to match, something truly incredible in today's world. They will be my preferred method of getting Dyson parts and services from now on.
I have 2 Dyson fans. One is a small 1 and 1 is a large 1. And the small one I have not had serviced and i noticed it was getting dirty and i couldn't figure out how to take it apart so i took it to Dyson and they cleaned it. They took it apart. They cleaned it and it was no charge.
Mike took great care of me yesterday! I came in the door late in the day with what I thought was a terminal case due to an accidental drop of our stick vacuum cleaner. Literally within minutes after disappearing with the many pieces of the vacuum, he reappeared with it, completely fixed , and for no charge! Unbelievable. Truly grateful and pleased that my loyalty to this brand really proved out in a big way!
