I have a V10 cordless vacuum. Its 2 months old. Purchased at the schaumburg, Illinois store. The beater bar would stop spinning. I do clean my vacuum frequently, especially the beater bar assembly. Took my V10 to this location. Explained the problem to the tech. It was fixed in about 20-25 minutes. It needed a new circuit board assembly. I was happy it was repaired so quickly but disappointed my 2 month old V10 needed a new circuit board already. Great staff in this store.
Called to get a feeling of prices. Person who answered was vague on pricing and generally condescending with my questions and continually interrupted me when I was trying to get info. Was almost like he didn't want me to come in, which I will not be
