If I could give Mike 10 stars, I absolutely would! I brought in my Dyson Big Ball vacuum for repair because the brush was acting up, and Mike went above and beyond. He not only fixed the issue perfectly, making sure it worked just like new but also replaced the filters and even installed a brand-new floor tool for me! I had an amazing experience with Mike from customer service. He helped me immensely by replacing my broken hair dryer with no questions asked. Exelent service and costumer support!
Wow... Excellent service! My daughter's Nural stopped working, so I brought it in for repair. I've never had issues with a Dyson product, so I came in not knowing what to expect. But man... These guys are FAST and super polite. I especially appreciated how they send staff out to the waiting area to see who has not been helped. Even though there were several people ahead of me in line, it moves quick.
