Great friendly and fast service. Always very helpful and informative.
We went here to get our vacuum repaired and we walked out with a brand new one! Our sales associate Brandon helped us so much and he gave the most wonderful customer service we have ever experienced, and he made us feel so welcome, definitely recommend!!
Mike is a freakin’ legend! I came in with a broken vacuum and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Super personable guy - glad we could save the vacuum! I’ll be back for sure!
I called ahead to make sure I didn't need an appointment and help is provided on a first come, first served basis. I was amazed by how fast they helped me. Mike, their service technician, was able to look up my warranty as I could not look up my receipt from 5 years ago. He replaced the head on my vacuum with a new one and advised no charge. Even if there was a charge, the cost was reasonable to fix and could be easily done. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I will never not buy a Dyson.
