every time i come for service i get convinced over again why i buy Dyson and will only get Dyson! the best Service, the people who work here do magic with vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, i see them as real magicians. i went in today to fix my dust bin, i was welcomed by nicest customer service representative (in Silhoutte glasses, i wore those frames too) and he fixed my bin with no charge, because the broken part is 1$ and he said he will replace it free. The Best experience, the best people, Really!
This is my first experience with The Dyson service center in Schaumburg and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was very quick and friendly. Jeff helped me with my vacuum which I didn’t think was fixable. Within a few minutes he was able to repair it and also provide advice for my next vacuum purchase. Thank you so much Jeff for all your help! With the excellent service that goes along with the vacuum, I would definitely buy a Dyson again!

I went and got my vacuum looked at as it’s going on 8yrs and seemed like it was at the end of its life. I was there on a weekday and there was no wait. The service person took my machine back and was able to determine that it just needed a new battery. He fixed it in about 15 minutes and it runs like new! Great experience and not too costly to keep my favorite vacuum!
