I stopped by without an appointment and in a rush because my vacuum wasn’t working. Mike quickly identified the problem, but what really stood out was how kind and understanding he was. I realized I’d left my wallet at home, and instead of making it an issue, he said, “Don’t worry, as long as we get it fixed.” It was a $33 repair, and even when I offered to leave the vacuum and come back, he insisted it was fine. Exceptional customer service and genuine kindness—qualities that are rare to find these days. Thank you, Mike!

Just went in to get my vacuum fixed and I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but EXCELLENT customer service!!! You don’t really see it much anymore sadly. He was super friendly, helpful and so quick! It was amazing!

Went in for a replacement filter. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I asked him if he would show me how to remove something on the animal 3 so I could replace the filter in the ball myself and he did. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs service and parts .
