Brought in my family's mini bus for our first inspection. Quoted 45$ for an inspection, charged 61$. Whatever, costs of a bus. I asked for a list of mechanical issues so I could work on getting it inspected. I was there for 2 hours, ignored in the lobby while trying to get an update.....and was given a sheet of paper that doesn't list the mechanical things to fix. I had a flat trailer tire. The Pittsfield weigh station was open and I got pulled aside. I ended up calling Dysart's to come change the tire. They sent out a guy named Ethan. He was very nice, and very professional. He got the tire changed very quickly. He even checked the other tire pressures when I asked. Most won't do that without some serious complaining. Would 100% recommend! Will definitely use again if the situation arises. 😎
