as a rep for a mortgagee company I have found this company extremely difficult to work with. We have contacted Dyruff insurance multiple times in regards to getting updated documents so that a mutual client can finish a refinance. We have sent emails, faxes(no responses) I was left on hold for 45 minutes with no check ins.
