This place sucks
I have to give a star to make a comment and right now, they don't even deserve that. Since my grandmother in law has been here, she has been met with pca's humiliating her, PT's telling her she doesn't want to do the work instead of supporting her, she has been skipped for meals and made to lay in her own urine. I have brought up the dismal care to the staff and I was met with attitudes and platitudes and no changes. If you care about your loved ones, do not send them here.

My mother was a patient doing supposed rehab last year after a short hospital stay due to Ulcerative Colitis. She arrived at the facility and immediatley started declining. They did nothing but tell me every day she was not cooperating. For my family the outcome was very sad because on the last visit I had to make a scene to get my Mother out of there and back to the hospital becasue she was so bad. It was my first time being at D’Youville Rehab and I can only speak for myself, my caretakers assigned to me as well as the two nursing students to the cleaning crew. through my seven day stay they were so nice and compassionate. I loved everyone I had. The only down fall was their meals, (I didn’t get what was ordered or it was missing items, or they replaced it with something you never asked for, I wished they could have called our room asking if we would like a particular replacement) but I would still give them the five ... read more
