Really helpful, professional and friendly.
Brought my R3 for a rwc, staffs were polite and professional, communication was clear and transparent, happy with the experience.

I was referred via word-of-mouth and it has been a great experience. Dean is a no nonsense kinda guy, he would offer you the best option and let you decide. The service is quick but the workmanship is top notch. I would definitely come back again.
Took my bike in for a roadworthy, and it ended up costing $950. They explained why, but it got frustrating. I felt like they were looking for things to charge me for. The biggest gripe was being told I needed a new rear tyre when the wear was only moderate at best. I get that they have to cover themselves, but it seemed excessive. The young guy who handled the pickup was good and understanding and reasoned that 'a lot of little things add up' on an otherwise tidy bike. Left feeling pretty disappointed.
