Joe seems like a stand up guy at first, but the more you deal with him the more you realize it’s just a face he puts on to lure new people into giving him money. I had a 2006 6-speed Miata GT with a blown factory engine. After doing some research online, I shipped the car down to TX from CT right before Christmas for a 2.5 L swap from a Ford Fusion - a stock engine with Dynotronics' special tuning. Joe did a 2.5 swap with stage 2+ cams for me when my NC1 2.0 died, and at this point I’m really happy with the decision, experience, and result. I reached out to Joe before Christmas, had a quick chat with him, agreed on plan, and he had my Miata on a truck from GA to TX the SAME DAY. $450 transport got my Miata to him and a few days later it was ready for pickup. After calling several local shops, I was quoted anywhere from $6,000 to $9,000 for engines with nearly 100,000 miles on them.
