Called in as a first time customer with no idea why my vehicle suddenly sounded like a jet plane, one of the mechanics actually offered to drive to me since I was so concerned about driving it. After confirming my catalytic converters had been stolen they were simply amazing through the whole repair/insurance claim process. That was almost three years ago and they have consistently gone above and beyond for routine and unexpected service needs. Highly recommend.
Have been going to this shop with a number of vehicles since moving down to the metro area 4 years ago. Dynotech has been able to get me in for a repair within a day if not the day of calling every time. Communication is great and transparent, had an issue with some wheels that I had ordered myself and the shop was able to help me out finding replacements and advice on how to get refunded. I brought my BMW X3 into Dynotech to have the front brake pads replaced, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The only reason I mention that it’s a BMW is to highlight that Dynotech clearly knows how to work on German/European vehicles. The gentleman at the front counter immediately stood out.
