The guy was supposed to have met me last week to install my dash cam but I never heard from him since. Very unprofessional. If he was unable to do it, he shouldn’t have committed to a specific day and could’ve straight up said he wasn’t available. Anyway, I found someone else more professional and serious about their money and did a great job installing my dash cam. I can’t stand people who want to have their own “business” but don’t want to work.
I wish I had two more hands so I could give Tez 4 ThumbsUp! Tez came to my house and transformed my truck into a sound studio! He was able to dial in my existing subs (that weren’t being used properly) with precision. Thank you Tez! Highly Recommend!!!
My radio has been out since July so it was definitely time to get it fixed. I'm always nervous about doing business with people idk but my guy tez is really like that. He gave me a time and a promise that it would be done in a timely professional manner and indeed it was. Took 2 hours. I'd like to echo the experiences of others here and strongly recommend NOT using this service. My experience was an absolute comedy of errors and incompetence. I reached out and listed what I needed done: install a new head unit, preserve existing functions like steering wheel controls, and replace the existing backup camera. I called this business last week and confirmed that I wanted an appointment for Sunday. I was given pricing and told to follow up on Saturday to lock in a time. When Saturday came, I called and texted multiple times to confirm, and received no response. *It's been a full 24 hrs since first attempt to contact on Saturday* This level of communication is unacceptable, especially after I had already taken the proper steps to book.
