So I bought a Power. Vision PB-1b. That in itself functions properly. Both the cable from PV to my bike and to computer are complete junk. It has been two weeks sense I have both spoke with them and filled out there complaint form. This is the worst service I have had from a company in years. I received excellent customer service from Justin Domingo about using their products. Pretty sure he saved me from a full engine rebuild. I highly recommend this business
Horrible customer service! Programmer made check engine light come on. Everytime I call gotta give them some other information. Instead of them making it right or giving me back my money!
I bought a $400 PV4 they should name POS. After installing the tune on my bike it was missing the first 10% of throttle. In only 6th gear. This caused a dangerous surge once that 10% was reached because it delivered all 10% as a surge making dangerous conditions in corners etc. When I called "tech" the guy was really rude and said, absolutely the tuner and tune was not the problem.
