Having issues with my PC6 for my Raptor 700R, opened a ticket with support and it is absolutely terrible service. I get one response a day. I was going to have them swap me for another one but will probably return it for a full refund and go a different route. I would not recommend to anyone.

Called Tuesday to get a tune sent over, here we’re are Sunday and guess what. No tune, claimed to be a quick 24 hr turnaround, they took my money quick. Spoke to a gentleman on Friday. Said he was gonna put a rush on it. Not sure what their definition of a rush is, but no rush was made. So by the time these techs get my paid for program over, it was a longer process them actually rebuilding the motor. This is terrible very rude over the phone. This pv3 will not work with my computer and they are making difficult to return or exchange. $500 spent for nothing!

Worst customer service I ever dealt with mainly chris Kelly was a horrible experience from the start all the way months later getting some of my money back for a power commander that when hooked up would just flood my bike with fuel and since I couldn't get someone to talk to about the problem I needed my bike and bought from someone else then they want to charge 15% restocking fee like they are restocking something that they sold that was no good?
