Was returning customer after spending a lot of cash, next purchase turned into a complete nightmare after they sent the wrong items David became very defensive/rude. I discussed a refund which they slammed my refund with administration fees and delaying the process considerably had to contact paypal which further prohibited it. I would not recommend anyone send this man money… I received a unit that was faulty. After some extremely grumpy calls with the owner, it was determined that the unit had the wrong serial number printed on it. I was then told to send it back at my expense. I asked for my money back and told “that’s not how this works”. The unit is a brick and can’t be used, so I couldn’t use it or on sell it. After much discussion, I was given $25 to send it back. Very rude over call when asking for availability and in person, but when its time for payment they switch up. Need to learn to have better customer communication skills and not just do it for the money.
Really good experience, they know what they are doing, and do exactly what they say they will do, and at a reasonable price.
Dave tuned my 24 KTM Super Adventure R And what a difference it has made across the rev range, not that standard bike lacked in power or throttle response. It has made a massive difference in throttle response and torque. Smooth with light throttle inputs and instant response with slightly more direct throttle application. Has made it much easier to ride in traffic and so much fun on the open road. Happy with the results and I would not hesitate to recommend dynobike to anyone.
