Don’t know what their actual work is like, but if they treat customers with the same contempt that they treat other motorists then go elsewhere. Driver in Bolton showed no regard for anyone on the road, cutting drivers up whilst swerving from lane to lane. When confronted at the traffic lights he found it acceptable to hurl abuse, not a clever move when you have your company logo all over the van. Imbecile.
Friendly, clear about costs, honest about when they expected to come, but made use of someone being unexpectedly free nearby to send him round and get the job done within an hour of the initial call - is this a record?!
I'm incredibly disappointed with the service. Despite booking an appointment 5 days in advance from 08:00 to 13:00, I received a call at 12:45 on the day, informing me they couldn't make it. The suggested solution? Take another day off next week, and maybe they can come then. This level of unreliability and disregard for my time is unacceptable. Rating: 0 out of 10.
