Great people at world of spa. The product, not so great .... I have bought a DYNASTY swim-spa about 4-5 years ago and feel like i got rake over the coals. in the first year, 3 LCD K-1000 replacement " they were working issues " They said. 2-3 years the 3rd LCD K-1000 started to do the same issue, water was getting underneath the glass. i've waited to see if it was getting worse and it did.
