Excellent customer service! I have a Garden Leisure Spa that had a No Flow Condition. Not sure what happened this time but cleaning and then replacing the filters wouldn't remove the error. I was referred to Robert who patiently walked me through testing the electricity (I have a multimeter) and the fuses. Needed to get new fuses and had to call back the next day. Had to replace more than one fuse (had only tested one on the previous call) but I had purchased two so all was good. Robert was wonderful! The error is gone.... read more
