I got a pedicure and was very pleased with my experience! All the staff were very friendly and my pedicurist was very skilled, gave me one of the best foot massages I’ve had! I will definitely be back
I have been looking for a new salon ever since my tech moved away, and I was drawn in by the 20% off for new customers. I came in for an acrylic fill in and a pedicure both with gel polish. The pedicure was done first. The tech acted like this was his first day on the floor in beauty school. He cut my toe with a file, and the “massage” was 10 minutes of him rubbing my shin. I usually go here and went last night but will NEVER ever go back. The man who did my acrylic fill in kept on pushing down so hard on my cuticles over and over using his raw finger nail, even after i told him it was hurting. A couple of the nail cuticles have been bleeding all day.
Honestly, it was alright but not the greatest service. I had gotten a full set with gel and they came off after a week.
I’ve tried to find a place on this side of town as I used to drive to Farragut. The prices went up. They charge you to take off gel polish and extra to put on. The last to pedicures I received no cuticle grooming, hot towels, etc. No need to upgrade your pedicure they won’t do it ! Nail fill in is ok
