I have been looking for a new salon ever since my tech moved away, and I was drawn in by the 20% off for new customers. I came in for an acrylic fill in and a pedicure both with gel polish. The pedicure was done first. The tech acted like this was his first day on the floor in beauty school. He cut my toe with a file, and the “massage” was 10 minutes of him rubbing my shin. I usually go here and went last night but will NEVER ever go back. The man who did my acrylic fill in kept on pushing down so hard on my cuticles over and over using his raw finger nail, even after i told him it was hurting. A couple of the nail cuticles have been bleeding all day.

Honestly, it was alright but not the greatest service. I had gotten a full set with gel and they came off after a week.

I’ve tried to find a place on this side of town as I used to drive to Farragut. The prices went up. They charge you to take off gel polish and extra to put on. The last to pedicures I received no cuticle grooming, hot towels, etc. No need to upgrade your pedicure they won’t do it ! Nail fill in is ok

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in yesterday and before I sat down asked if the styles I chose where doable they told me yes. I sat down and everything went left fast after my initially fill in we started on the design and right of the back I KNEW it was looking a mess so I spoke up. I asked for chetah print and was given squiggly lines and told I’ll have to just deal with it and pay 55 for in finished nails because I had to high “expectations” for my nails he said.
