I had trouble with my hottub. I'm called them and told them the problem and the codes and the technician said oh its the spa pack , I said are you sure I don't want to pay for something that not the problem oh he assured me that was it. They sent me a spa pack and charged me for it . I got the soa pack and it was used and did not work. So they sent me another one. It worked but still didn't fix problems. Good for about 3 years, but now it's constant issues with pumping, heating, electronics, leaks. Business model is quantity (jets, music, lights, etc.) over QUALITY.
