We used Dynasty Restoration for both of our storm damage claims in the last 2 years and very happy with work they did. JR walked us thru the insurance claim process and met with the adjuster ensuring everything that was damaged was covered, repaired properly or replaced. This was our first insurance claim, so I was new to the process, which was difficult to navigate with my insurance company. I was extremely pleased with the services of dynasty roofing, they doggedly went after the insurance company to assure i got every thing that my coverage allowed. what they originally offered me was 1/7 th of what I finally received in settlement.
Here’s why my roof was $42,000. One day cost of labor $4000. Materials. $5000 and that’s generous. Gutters $3000 fine. $30000 profit on me and my insurance company AND they threw a fit on the deductible. Literally. Pure greed. Did they ultimately do a great job, yes.
Had wood rot on a few areas around my house. The guys did a fantastic job! Wood highly recommend Dynasty Restoration.
dynasty restoration was great. Highly recommend. They worked diligently with my insurance and were thorough with communication and time line. I reside in lincoln and they are based in omaha but it didn’t effect the project timeline. They answered my questions and as a first time home buyer they made me feel like my concerns were valid and they educated me appropriatley.
