JR walked us thru the insurance claim process and met with the adjuster ensuring everything that was damaged was covered, repaired properly or replaced. I was extremely pleased with the services of dynasty roofing, they doggedly went after the insurance company to assure i got every thing that my coverage allowed. what they originally offered me was 1/7 th of what I finally received in settlement.
