Called for a part for our cleaner, they thought were out of stock and have to order. Deanna called me back to say she found one in the back. Great service!
Always extremely helpful for all your pool needs. I have been using them since we got our pool and it's been a breeze maintaining it with there help. The staff are friendly and will always give you lots of options. Definitely recommend
Placed a call and had the pleasure to speak to Megan. We were having sand filter issues. Call placed at 10 AM John and his lovely wife arrived at 2 PM by 3 PM. Everything was fixed and working perfectly so very impressed with the timeline of initial call to work being completed. Will definitely be going back.
I call this company costumer service 18 times to report a problem with one motor of my spa and that lady Stefany was very rude and she call me co…suck . Just like that she talks to the costumers . Very professional!!!!!
