Buyer Beware. I give them 2 stars as their designs are really nice. Beyond that, the experience has not gone well. First, for anyone considering a major project such as a pool, you should ensure the contract does not call for a final payment before the project is complete. That is how this company operates and has left us with unfinished and botched work with no leverage. It is ironic that they actually use our pool and yard in photos on their multiple websites. This company was wonderful at the beginning and then everything fell apart. They were very unresponsive to my questions, not helpful at all, and my pool sat for 5 weeks after the gunite with zero work happening. The excuse was the winter storm...but 5 weeks?? This small job has been going on for 5 months and is still not complete. I have paid them all but 3% of the total pool cost because they have not completed the job and due to the lack of communication and unresponsiveness, I was afraid to pay. Does not stick to contracts and withholds personal property although paid for. Very bad business practices.
