I had a major issue with my kitchen faucet and called Dan the next morning at 6AM and he picked up the phone! Based on his recommendation I got a new kitchen faucet and he was able to squeeze me in on the same day later in the afternoon. Dan is incredibly professional and patient. While he was installing my new kitchen faucet he educated me on the options I had available to me and how to look out for future plumbing issues. I recently reached out to Dan at Dynasty Plumbing and Heating for my plumbing concerns. I was immediately impressed with his communications. He responded promptly and we set up an appointment. On appointment day, he made a courtesy call prior to arriving. Once here, I found him to be courteous, friendly, and took the time to explain whatever I had questions about.
