Dynasty Performance is an incredible program to push athletes to their greatest potential! Parnell, my 13yo son, has gone through a few of the programs for both basketball & football training. Such a fun and welcoming atmosphere that will make you look forward to your workouts! At 40, I’m doing things and lifting weights I never thought possible and yearn for more each day!
CrossFit Unitas/Dynasty performance is such a fun environment to achieve the best version of yourself mentally and physically! It has made a very positive impact mentally and physically in my life! The coaches are amazing and I highly recommend CrossFit Unitas if you are in search of a gym!
