Jon came within days and explained the jobs thoroughly. He explained every part of the process and though the job was running late he stayed to make sure the job was done. He also went above and beyond with putting the washer and dryer back into place for a finished look. Again, even when the job was running late he made sure the job was finished. BEWARE! Company is a joke! Husband and wife team only. They pick and choose their jobs. Wont call back or answer emails. Waiting on them for more than a week because of holiday hours still no hot water. Disgrace!
Terrible company, would never work with them. They said they would fix things and didn’t follow through. Ended up making me pay more. Stay away!!!
