My dad was a tenant here for over 25 years and I lived with him here for most of those year and honestly its a horrible complex. No A/C in the summer for years just for someone to come out every year, fill the freon, and pretty much say that the a/c unit is too small and outdated for the apartment yet it never gets replaced. They will tell you what you want to hear. To get you to pay your rent . lol as soon as you do , they (property management) & The many problems you’ve documented & complained about Disappears!!! It’s been in the 90 degree range for a few weeks. My girlfriend has complained of having no air conditioning since last year!!! The windows are vertical sliding windows . Which are outdated !! So it’s impossible to put A personal air conditioner in any room in the apartment ! You have to take at least 4 cold showers a day just to stay... read more
Ready to move! Neighbors are unruly, loud bumping, trash constantly on my patio been complaining since I moved in & nothing is being done.
