The one and ONLY gym in all of Vancouver that has a dedicated weightlifting program for juniors! This gym is welcoming and not intimidating like some other gyms. You will find athletes at all levels training and cheering each other on. Good vibes.
Excellent place for training. The instructors are very friendly and patient; they speak Spanish and English. I've been there for three months and have felt very good.
