I soley chose not to go with this glass company, Due to dealing with Vanessa in the office office. I find her rather rude. I had to reach out to her three times to correct paperwork. And when I questioned my invoice, She became combative and said that’s not something we do, Instead of saying, let me get my manager. Which I had to ask for her manager.
