Terrible service. Very lazy and disorganized pharmacist. I will absolutely never return and I suggest you avoid this place. Lots of options close by. Reply to response from pharmacy, I called yesterday, multiple times. No call back. I called again, placed in hold, only to be greeted as someone else. Once you heard it was someone inquiring about pet’s medication, my request was no longer important. Still awaiting a reply but maybe what you posted in here was the reply. Again.. terrible service. Rude. I wanted to have my COVID vaccination and another test in one shot since it is the closest clinic to my place. So I was asking if they perform the test I wanted to do. The guy who picked up the phone call said no and mentioned another doctor's name that I did not hear clearly. So I asked, "Could you repeat the reference? Sorry I didn't hear you clearly." I recently moved my pharmacy to Dynasty Pharmacy, and it’s really excellent. The pharmacist is incredibly meticulous and attentive when it comes to medications and medical matters. They are also very considerate of patients’ financial situations and offer discounts whenever possible. Additionally, they are very knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to insurance matters. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and I definitely give them five stars.
