Took my car in for front end repair a month or so ago, front clip was replaced and painted. Looking at the results the color match was not up to par, the inability of being able to color match 4 month old paint (car was completely painted at the end of April 2021) is inexcusable on top of that was informed prior to completing the repair was I informed of the short Comings

The owner was AWESOME and I had trouble finding a repair shop to fix my vehicle and he got me in the next day. Peter even dropped me off at the rental car shop. When I received my vehicle back, it was restored back to it’s pre-existing condition. The staff Jeff kept me up-to-date every 2-3 days of the progress on my vehicle. The staff was always friendly and with a smile. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will definitely do business with this company again...hopefully my vehicle won’t be damaged again...LOL!!!
Very unsatisfied with timing limits that I had personally but explained to Troy how long will it take he states 1 week “ While explaining I will be moving to California. I have a deadline to adhere to on my lease he assured me no problem. They had my vehicle 1 week in half, while only dissembled only. So in reassembled they left parts off to the front door 🤷🏾♀️
