Tina and her employees at Dynasty are the best. You would never get service like this at any other store. Whether you are designing a huge bathroom or are DIY like us they’re willing to assist.
We had an excellent experience having Dynasty complete our ensuite renovation. All the staff we dealt with were professional and helpful, and communication was excellent. Our ensuite looks and works great, and we are very happy with the results!

I have had a dreadful experience with my bathroom renovations to accommodate my wheelchair. At the first meeting with Bridget Skoropata, I advised her to change 3 important issues: plastic wall covering in shower up to and across ceiling, toilet seat with metal fittings to prevent sliding, no attached sitting bench or shelves in shower. None of these were adjusted in the plan and I had to intervene with the workers who were going ahead with the original plan.
