Countertop on a vanity had a scratch. Manufacture refused to take it back and replace and when I asked to just pay for a new countertop they said no, that I had to buy the whole vanity again. Will never order from this company again.
⭐ 1-Star Review – Dynasty Bathrooms & Kitchen Centre I was disappointed with my experience with Dynasty Bathrooms & Kitchen Centre. The service did not meet my expectations, and better communication and attention to detail were needed. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and improves its service.

Several years ago we did a complete remodel of our main bathroom. We purchased everything from Dynasty Bathrooms & Kitchen Centre. Recently the Rubinet taps on the sink sprung a slow drip leak. That means we need a replacement cartridge. Since we can't be certain if it's hot or cold tap, Karen L. at Dynasty worked some magic and we will be receiving 2 replacement cartridges shipped directly to us at absolutely no charge! WOW - such amazing and efficient service! Highly recommend working with Karen for anything Dynasty can do... read more
Remodeled 2 bathrooms and finished remodeling another. Bridget knows her stuff and helped with the visions of the room. Andrew does wonders installing. Tina's co-ordination kept the projects on track. We are very pleased, would use Dynasty again and recommend to anyone.
