Wow. Customer service at its finest. I ordered a bathtub over the phone and Nish sent the paperwork (including spec sheet). Paid for that tub by e-Transfer. Two days later, canceled tub and agreed to another one. Nish redid paperwork and sent the new invoice. A day later I phoned and canceled the second tub. Refund to my account has been sent back.
