I purchased a custom fit shower door from Dynasty in 2022. The glass side panel shattered in 2024 for no particular reason. Dynasty confirmed the warranty and went to work sourcing a new custom door as the original door was no longer being made. Lisa Besser spent a considerable amount of time sourcing a new door to fit my custom opening all the while keeping me updated on the progress, insuring the door met my approval. Very helpful and friendly and good solid products.
Excellent customer service - have dealt with Dynasty when our house was built and service was great then and 22 years later their service is of the same quality- something you don’t see often . Christa was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made this install happen in a timely manner. It was a pleasure dealing with her!
