Just an FYI . You have a car that I’m super interested in but after reading the reviews I have changed my mind. It doesn’t matter how many positive reviews you have , costumers will always go right to the bad reviews and read those. Might I say the response from whom ever answers them has one hell of an attitude, and there all related to pretty shady crap. So not taking the chance with your dealership .
My husband bought a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. After a few days the car had a griding sound as if it needed brakes. The vehicle was returned to be inspected, he was told to drive it for another week and come back if the problems pursist. Sure enough the problem continued, after back and forth conversation wth a very condensing service person, they eventually changed the brakes.
