DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Bought a car from here in April. Beautiful car, I loved it. Had no idea I would be spending 15 grand on a lemon. Dynasty auto said they would repair the sunroof which wasn’t closing, fix the A/C which ran lukewarm and fix the engine light that came on a day after purchasing the vehicle. Just wanted to warn people coming from a distance to buy a vehicle. First and foremost wanted to say that I had contacted Giles (not sure what role, but sounded important) about a 2019 Honda Oddysey. I contacted him at the start of the week to let him know I would be coming to see the van and that I was almost 3 hours away but I would contact when I was ready to come. These guys are extremely rude . I went to buy a car , upan checking the car , I found a lot of damage on car. While leaving, I just told the guy I was not aware of this damage as it was not mentioned in the advertisement. The person at dealership replied, SO WHAT , IT'S A USED CAR, GET IT FIXED( very rudely) If you are planning to go at this dealership. Don't ask anything, otherwise you'll be insulted.
Purchased a 2015 Genesis sedan almost 2 months ago. LOVE my car. Had a few minor hiccups and let them know immediately and they were extremely responsive. Josef and Gayle were absolutely wonderful to deal with from beginning to end. I have read all reviews prior to purchase. All I can say is, know your car, know how it should feel. Do your research.
