I manage a DME company. I just started ordering from Dynarex and will probably keep my money with Mckesson. The Dynarex sales reps are slow to reply. I also was lied to about my order and when it would ship. This could've been a $5500 weekly order that they have lost out on. I placed an order Monday 7/15 and was told by rep everything was in stock and if we placed right away, it would be on the truck that afternoon. That never happened.
