Disappointing second visit. While my first experience here was great, this one lacked professionalism. The website strictly enforces client late fees, yet my braider, Dyna, started almost 10 minutes late because she was blow-drying her own hair. Throughout the service, she frequently complained about being tired and stated she preferred doing other styles over the one I booked. This was my first time coming to Dynaproduction Hair Braiding, and I had a great experience. The braids were neat, professional, and exactly what I wanted. The staff was friendly, and the service was completed in a timely manner. I received many compliments on my hair and will definitely be returning. Thank you for such a wonderful job!
