Very poor customer response. As an engineer, I have tried to get engineering details for their BESS inverters for several months. No engineering specifics for download and cannot get a response to emails. Their loss, I am going to other manufacturers.
We have very disappointing experience with this company. We initially reached out to a salesperson who responded very slowly, and then they left the company. Since then, we've been transferred to different sales representatives multiple times, none of whom have followed up. Their service hours are limited, expensive, and difficult to access. We will be advising our network to stop using their products and services.
