Brought father in laws zero turn mower in for repair a few weeks back due to drive oil reservoir having a large Crack and drive pump empty. They replaced the tank and oil but failed to look into the cause of the tank cracking. Brought mower back today because drive pump is empty of oil. Informed Jeff that they only replaced the reservoir and didn't look into the cause and he decided that I was very ignorant and told my father in law I wasn't welcome back. We always get good service from Dynamo.
Very bad communication with older lady at front desk, asked for fuel filter to be added to my snow thrower , was not done. When I asked why it was not done , lady said I did not ask for it to be installed. Brought it home and it ran 30 min. And quit still has fuel, probably got gunk in carb. again because no fuel filter was not installed. Previous time I took it in to get the carb cleaned, I brought it home , ran for 10 min and quit, I decided to open the carb. Myself and found carb. Was never cleaned, carb.
