We were happy with the repairs and time to fix it. Lost a star because when we drove 1.5 hours to pick it up, they were closed for a long weekend, but it wasn't a long weekend
Really shitty customer service they're slow and not very knowledgeable and takes forever to be served
I was happy with the work that was done however, communication was poor. I was looking to have a tire replaced and after three weeks was told that the tech was on vacation. It's not that it took so long, it's that there was no communication regarding no tech to do the work. Had I known, I might have looked elsewhere to get the work done.
