Dynamo Electric is a top-quality organization. Last week they replaced a motion light and diagnosed a long-term problem with an external electrical outlet. The technicians are competent, friendly and professional, I highly recommend them.
We had some work done on both our kitchen and garage. The lead tech worked on the kitchen and the apprentice worked on the garage. After they left, we realized that the garage work was not fully completed to satisfaction. It was something that my husband could easily finish up, but I did let the company know. Mistakes can happen and it was not a huge deal. I recently had a frustrating experience with this company. They incorrectly installed a switch, which has caused the lights connected to it to flicker constantly. I've called them back twice, and each time they assured me someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, three months have passed, and no one has ever shown up to resolve the issue.
