Classes are challenging, instructor training, No thinking and so far the members are helpful and encouraging
This place is the most welcoming, most energetic, and most value for your fitness dollar I’ve known. There’s a class for everyone: yoga, barbells, kickboxing, etc! I highly recommend checking this place out.
