I honestly wish I could give higher than 5 stars for this gym. If you want a gym that’s community focused, fun, engaging, challenging and inclusive to all levels whether you’re an enthusiast amateur or pro, you’re looking at the right place. Grace and Dan (and the rest of the team) have incredible experience with teaching little ones to teens to adults and give their undivided attention and one on one assistance to everyone who trains. I cannot express how great daniel and grace are at dynamis Muay Thai, coming from a permanent injury I didn’t think it was possible to learn Muay Thai but thanks to their awareness of my injury and being able to accomodate and implement different strategies to practice I am able to enjoy something I love. I would and do recommend dynamis to anybody coming from any background to jump in and give it a start!
I have been to a bunch of gyms on the central coast and from my experience Dynamis is hands down the best. Dan and Grace are both weapons and a true embodiment of the sport. Their passion for teaching Muay Thai is evident from the moment you walk in the gym. My kids both joined Dynamis Muay Thai, they absolutely love it! Great atmosphere and great team. They make it really fun for the kids and they all get right into it. So happy we joined
Ive only been 3 times and all 3 times have been awesome Its honestly alot of fun Everyone there is so friendly and always helping if you are newbie like me Truely do reccomend looking at this gym as your go to
