Dynamis Crossfit is a great place top workout. The community and trainers are awesome. Every small detail in technique is taken care of. Unfortunately the place is closed now.
Dynamis is a killer place to workout with a great group of people. The coaches and owners are down to earth, fully knowledgeable, and so fun to be around. If you crossfit in Carlsbad this is the place to be!
I’ve been struggling a great deal with my mental health lately. It’s been keeping me from living my life. None of my usual tools for helping me get through my depression were working. I’ve been stuck, stagnant and unable to motivate myself to do anything. I dug deep and thought about all the times when I was the happiest. Before I moved to Carlsbad, I went to a gym in another state that charged $5 for childcare while I worked out per class, per child....and I thought that was a find. I was elated and beyond amazed to find Dynamis CrossFit that offers it for a few bucks more for the entire month unlimited classes so stoked!
