Jen was referred to me by a friend and was absolutely amazing, money well spent! I have always been a little skeptical of going to see a physiotherapist but after only one session I felt SO much better. If you're considering going to see Jen, don't hesitate. She's the best.
Jen was referred to me by a good friend within the fitness industry to guide me through a recent shoulder surgery and subsequent rehabilitation. The experience is always great, professional and fun! Jens’ knowledge is incredible so I’m taking the opportunity to also work on a past neck injury that requires a bit of help. It’s early days but I’m getting feeling back in my hand and thumb from following the neck rehab, it’s quite amazing!

Jen Martin is professional, polite and pleasant in her interactions. Jen designs programs that are individually tailored to target areas of concern. She is very hands-on and closely monitors all exercises you do to ensure any issues are remediated.
