I've seen a lot of physios over the years. I have a chronic neck injury, and a few days ago I acutely injured my lower back. I was in a complete panic, barely able to move, sit, or function. I saw Jen, and she worked her magic. I went from being in severe pain and hardly able to move, to feeling around 80% better the very next day. Jen was referred to me by a friend and was absolutely amazing, money well spent! I have always been a little skeptical of going to see a physiotherapist but after only one session I felt SO much better. If you're considering going to see Jen, don't hesitate. She's the best.
Jen was referred to me by a good friend within the fitness industry to guide me through a recent shoulder surgery and subsequent rehabilitation. The experience is always great, professional and fun! Jens’ knowledge is incredible so I’m taking the opportunity to also work on a past neck injury that requires a bit of help. It’s early days but I’m getting feeling back in my hand and thumb from following the neck rehab, it’s quite amazing!
