Warren is excellent. Extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning work done. Phil's team came out to fix the fronts of the steps because I wasn't thrilled with them. I received a new rug scotch guarded when they returned. I'm hoping that not having scotch-guarded the rug will help to keep it tidy.
