An open MRI means no tunnel - for most exams, you are sitting upright, and can even watch tv during the exam. The staff is highly experienced and dedicated to your comfort from the initial phone call to make the appointment to the completion of the exam. We are also happy to help with any insurance questions.

Impressively unprofessional, disgusting rude and who believes she owns the place, she does not have adequate treatment with clients and even more so with the seniors … She is sitting eating at work and on her cell phone and she state that she’s the manager.. VERY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND SHE SHOULD BE FIRED AT ALL !!!!!!

I had an excellent experience at DMI in Maspeth. Despite being quite nervous about undergoing an MRI, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Appreciate your support in helping me get through it!

The receptionist was rude arguing with me stating I was rude to her on the phone and when I asked to speak with her supervisor she said she was the supervisor . She then cancelled my next appt stating she didnt know how it was cancelled maybe I didn't confirm my appt but I was never notified. She then made another appt for me a month away .This place needs to train their staff in customer service . This involves my health nothing to play with will notify my lawyer / rehab facility
