The Imaging Specialists I worked with was very respectful. Despite me having to go into a dressing room that I was walked in on by another technician and his patient. I asked him to give me a second I was putting on my shirt the technician and the patient had visibility of me while trying to change my clothes. Most ridiculous and unprofessional receptionist ever. How hard is it to respect your paying customers and do your one job — scheduling? I had an appointment at 1:15, and another guy was scheduled at 1:10. I ended up waiting for 50 minutes!! Instead of accepting the mistake and apologizing, she started giving me some BS excuse about a claustrophobic patient. Theres a hundreds MRI offices in NY, talk to your doctor to avoid this place.
Jessica was extremely unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome and disrespected, especially considering my medical condition. She displayed racist behavior and showed a complete lack of empathy toward me as a patient. When I couldn’t remember the exact year of my surgery, Jessica refused to provide me with service and turned me away instead of offering understanding or assistance. ZERO STARS This office is by far one of the most unprofessional medical establishments I’ve ever dealt with. I had two appointments scheduled today one for myself and one for my mother. Mine was supposed to be at 1:30 PM, my mother’s at 1:15 PM. I even called this morning around 8:30 AM to confirm. Over the phone, staff assured me my appointment was still at 1:30. When I arrived at 1:28 PM, signed in, and sat down, I was told out of nowhere that my appointment was actually at 12:45 and I would now need to wait an entire hour... read more
