I absolutely love Dynamic Westside and highly recommend them! It was the best experience I've ever had with auto repairs hands down. I was on a road trip from the lower mainland to the Okanagan and my car started having trouble just past Merritt. With power loss and engine light on, I didn't risk driving the highway, and I had my car towed to Kelowna. Great service, fast communication and friendly. They were able to fit us in last minute to put some fresh grease in our trailers axel before a trip.

I called for information about AC recharge and tried to ask a few questions about how it all worked, the women on the phone had attitude when answering almost any question. I hung up on her because I'm not being spoken to like I'm dumb with sass and attitude for trying to confirm something. Definitely finding a better shop with nicer workers.
