I called for information about AC recharge and tried to ask a few questions about how it all worked, the women on the phone had attitude when answering almost any question. I hung up on her because I'm not being spoken to like I'm dumb with sass and attitude for trying to confirm something. Definitely finding a better shop with nicer workers.
Ron and Terry are amazing to work with. They are quick and friendly, try and keep your costs at minimum and I highly recommend them for any automotive needs.
Our truck went into limp mode while visiting a neighbouring store. We were grateful to have a mechanic shop nearby. We hoped they’d remove the code and we’d just try to make it home. However, the issue was more than expected. They spent over an hour diagnosing it for us and even tried to get the part for us before the end of the day. We are from out of town. Had Dynamic look at a GMC Yukon that was being purchased. Had a transmission shift issue and low oil pressure alarm. I requested a inspection. I was told they would diagnose test drive and do a 56 point inspection. I was advised that the oil pressure issue was a screen they cleaned and they drove it said transmission was fine.
