Called and reported a machine taking my money but not giving me a snack in return. No call back, no refund and it's been over a week. I see this company doesn't care if it's your last dollar or not. Do not recommend using these vending machine.

Machines at work are always down. Main soda machine hasn't accepted cards for just about 4 weeks now despite telling the rude vendor. Also wouldn't it make sense to poll the facility on what people would actually want to buy rather than stocking a ton of non selling items. Company needs to do better and work on customer interactions with its vendors. But hey it's not my money going to the gas station down the street, it used to be your money. Do better Dynamic

Machines constantly broke in our lobby. Drops the drink before vending, yet charges you. Contacted numerous times, no refunds, no drinks.

I lost money in these machines twice. Each time requested a refund and never received it. The phone number goes to an answering machine that does not forward calls. Very poor service!
