Jess and Steve are great! Made a mistake in not coming back here first and regretted in. So after that I made the 45 minute each way trip to come back here! Yes there were some uncontrollable issues initially which resulted in a last minute rescheduling, but I feel that they we were able to work together for a positive resolution and I'm pleased with the work!
