I can’t recommend DSC enough! The sense of community here is truly something special. The coaches and members are incredibly supportive, friendly, and always ready to help one another. Every class pushes you in the best way possible—challenging, motivating, and fun. Joining DSC has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness and overall well-being. If you’re looking for a place that pushes you to grow while surrounding you with support and encouragement, DSC is it!!
The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and pay such close attention to your form to ensure you don’t get injured. They push you to get stronger in a way that is not overwhelming The workouts are definitely a challenge and even after 7 years I find myself modifying them to meet my abilities.
