I've been undertaking Pilates training with Loc and his team twice / week for over 15 years now and can highly recommend them. The classes have been tailored to my goals of improving flexibility, core and general strength and fitness. Thanks also Loc for helping me with my rehab physio after my back surgery in February 2024 - I've fully recovered. I love my twice-weekly Pilates classes and combined with my swimming I'm in excellent health. At my age, "my health is my wealth".
