The environment and trainers are great. Everyone there has the same mindset and idea of getting better, and that mindset leads to respect and friendship between trainers and trainees. I went here for running lessons with Kyle. And needless to say, he helped a ton. He completely changed my running in a matter of a few weeks, and he broke it down to be simple enough and easily digestible for even younger students.
