This was my first time seeing Dr. Ashton Dunnington, and I had a great experience. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent chiropractic care. I was having pain in my hip and left glute, and he was very attentive in targeting the problem areas. His treatment helped relieve my pain and got me feeling so much better. The staff was also wonderful — Macey was especially great and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!
Dr. D is the best for ex-athletes or anyone who still values mobility and am active lifestyle. He values continuous learning and growth and combines the best of old school and new school practices.

I am so incredibly impressed with Dr. Dunnington and his team at Dynamic Sports Medicine in Irving! I came in with some pretty unhealthy pain in my back that had been lingering for many months. In only a few short sessions, I started to see relief and the pain levels drop considerably. The difference here is that they give you the tools and self-training you need to continue to heal, and these tools simply WORK.
