I reached out to them to help me find a specific Audi model. Chad went above and beyond. He quickly reached out to his network and found me a few to check out. He came with me to the various dealers to check out the cars and gave me good advice. He even stepped up when some dealers tried to play hardball or became dishonest. When we came to the place of seeking to replace our 13 year old car, Chad R. came to the rescue. He understood what we were looking for and delivered. In bringing a couple of possible options to our attention, we immediately found a car that perfectly met our needs. Although it was used, its low mileage and perfect condition made choosing easy. Chad made what could have been a very challenging experience, easy. He even arranged for winter tires. Chad, we can't thank you enough!
